Well,
* Why do you call autoconf while there is a original
 "configure" script?
* Remove static archive (*.a)
* Usually the dependency for the main package should be given
  with full version-release dependency.
* Please specify the URL of SOURCE0
* Is %repotag needed? As least this is not needed for
  Fedora.
* And.. I don't know, however are many files under www/ or
  rfc/ can be ignored?
