Not sure how relevant submission is going to be now that it appears Hotmail is
migrating to Hotmail Live - which Gotmail does not support.  Another package,
GetLive - which supports both Hotmail Classic and Hotmail Live, looks to replace
Gotmail in the near future.  Considering closing this submission request as a
result.
