rpmlint output:

- is the groff BuildRequire necessary?
- change the BuildRoot to
%{_tmppath}/%{name}-%{version}-%{release}-root-%(%{__id_u} -n)
- I'm not sure whether the present structure of tclx package is right - it is
divided into 4 packages 2 of them contains 1 and 3 files.
- in dir /usr/lib/debug/usr/lib/tclx8.4/ should be owned by tclx
- is it possible to add  %{?_smp_mflags}?
