This error is known.  The package has problems with recent eclipse-rcp changes.
 For now, the eclipse plugin subpackage has been disabled.  The latest changes
can be found at:

  http://www.vermillionskye.com/downloads/icu4j-3.4.5-2jpp.2.src.rpm

Vivek, please give this a quick look and comment here if there are any issues.
