I'll fix the above issue in CVS.

There is a more important issue however with this:

Paul Jones has told me this is fine in the short term, compiling the twi
binaries statically, but we need to find a long term solution. 
Do you have any ideas?

I'm also talking this over with other Fedora Contributors.
