I was going to take a look at it, but the most recent SRPM link is broken:

http://dl.atrpms.net/all/arpack-2.1-6.at.src.rpm

The spec is still there, but since there are patches are other local source
files, I thought it would be easier to review the SRPM. Having said that, I
don't have a lot of time to do this, so if someone else wants to take it, they
can. If not, I'll try to get it done soon.
