New packages. This doesn't rely on the RFCOMM or Serial services from
bluez-utils, so it should be mergeable in F7 and devel.

- Use rfcomm sockets instead of the RFCOMM and/or Serial services
  (faster, cleaner, more robust), rmeove bluez-utils requirement
- Assume an empty version in the obex FTP listing is still fine
- Remove obsolete obex://rfcommX/path/to/file URI support

To test:
# Replace 00:00:00:00:00 with the bluetooth address of a mobile phone
nautilus obex://[00:00:00:00:00]/
# Should list all the "known" devices around, seen, bonded, used
nautilus obex:///
