- changed ltsp-dhcpd startup priority to 98 so that it runs after kvm

-%ghost changed back to a %config(noreplace)
- version numbers fixed in changelog
- remove %%{_initrddir}/ltsp-swapfile-delete - after additional testing I do not
believe this is needed
- added scriptlets
- fixed /var/lib/ltsp5/
- renamed /etc/ltsp5.conf /etc/ltsp5/ltsp.conf, moved all config files to
/etc/ltsp5 --- /etc/ltsp5/ is consistent with /opt/ltsp5, /usr/share/ltsp5, etc
