Regarding mknbi, I talked briefly with dwmw2 today regarding PPC
cross-compiling.  Currently we don't ship any gcc cross-compile capable
packages.  This combined with the fact that you cannot directly install a i386
chroot on ppc, we shouldn't worry about mknbi for now.

Please use this for the mknbi dependency.
