Arg, looks like a bug in sip,
/usr/lib64/python2.5/site-packages/sipconfig.py
contains:
    'py_lib_dir':       '/usr/lib/python2.5/config',
should be:
    'py_lib_dir':       '/usr/lib64/python2.5/config',
