Nobody will want to use them - They are useless, because Debian doesn't have
them!

On the other hand /usr/sbin/cleanup-info and /usr/bin/install-info are
mandatory for dpkg to work, because Debian has them.

MUSTFIX:

- Remove dpkg-cleanup-info, dpkg-install-info
- Add /usr/sbin/cleanup-info , /use/sbin/install-info
