Yes. Our released source tarballs already ship with them, though, so there is
no need to regenerate anything. (And, we have used different tools to generate
those docs in the past (such as HappyDoc or Synopsis), so I wouldn't want to
hardcode the use of epydoc into the spec file or the build system, for example.

Well, 2.4.1 is the first QMTest release for which I build rpm packages.

OK, I understand where the name is coming from. I don't understand whether
changing the name of the source rpm (removing the {?dist} tag) would be wrong.

But that was just out of interest. There is no need to rename anything.
