Taking review.

- Only define one of python_sitelib or python_sitearch.
- 'the' in Summary seems unnecessary
- Does not currently build in rawhide, requires libasyncns >=0.4  Add
BuildRequires: libasyncns-devel
- rpmlint output: python-libasyncns.i386: E: non-standard-executable-perm
/usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/libasyncns.so 0775
- None of the files in test/ are licensed

Otherwise OK, so please fix the above.
