patch to adjust 2.2.x doc install dir

the next libsoup 2.4 release will install its docs into
/usr/share/gtk-doc/html/libsoup-2.4/. This patch makes 2.2.104 install its docs
into .../libsoup-2.2/, if you'd rather do that.
