I actually build all the way through to "strap" since this is what the dist
target of the ant build file does.  "Strap" is built just to be sure that
"quick" can bootstrap itself.  In other words it guarantees that you can replace
the bootstrap environment with "quick" and be able to build scala from scratch.

I will be uploading a new srpm and spec fixing the emacs issues pointed out by
Jonathan in the next couple days.
