libdir patch

This patch will solve only one issue but you need to look how to solve
hardcoded library issue. In unicap-0.2.19/cpi/vid21394/Makefile.in file, I see
its hardcoded as
libdir = $(prefix)/lib/unicap$(pkg_version)/cpi
