Package do not build in mock, add for example this:
BuildRequires:  python-setuptools >= 0.6c5

Error output:
+ /usr/bin/python setup.py build
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "setup.py", line 2, in <module>
    from setuptools import setup, find_packages
ImportError: No module named setuptools
error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.21399 (%build)
