Some initial comments:

You can use %{_datadir} instead of %{_usr}/share.

I don't think "BuildRequires: documentation-devel" is necessary.

Personally I would prefer lowercase for the branch suffix:
ie documentation-devel-fedora.  That way it would be easier to find
with globbing etc.
