No problem, if you find a reviewer who accepts this name, then fine.

I still find that it is a bad name. Saying that there are other names
that are badly chosen won't change that. This one especially badly
chosen, moreover, in the context of fedora since -devel is consistently
used for sub packages headers and .so files used for linking. But, hey
that's just my advice.
