I see, ok - I think I overestimated the size going by its inflated size (36MB).
Generally it would be better to use a system package rather than carrying your
own copy of it, but if it is really necessary perhaps an exception can be made
for now since at least it is not a binary library.

Well it may seem so to people outside the fedora packaging project,
but making an OS is a serious business. With over 5000 packages currently
in the distro we need some rules and conventions to prevent pollution
of the namespaces. Learning and accepting those conventions is a requisite
to joining and working with the project. However I point out that no
final decision on the name has been made yet, it is still under discussion.
