*-devel is treated special in a few ways:

- It is *wrong* for runtime packages to depend on *-devel packages.  *-devel
packages are for We fix bugs like that in the distro all the time.
- rpmdev-rmdevelrpms attempts to remove *-devel for this purpose.
- *-devel is special in that it is assumed to be multilib by the repository
creation tools.

Is it really a huge amount of effort to rename it?
Is simple string search and replace to a new name really such a huge burden?

I suggested DocumentationKit as a possible good name.  It satisfies both the
*-devel problem and "documentation" genericness namespace issue, and it goes
along with the other StudyCaps names ending in *Kit.

Perhaps you could think of a better name.  But PLEASE don't use *-devel.
