Fedora Engineering Steering Committee (FESCo) discussed this during the FUDCon
Friday, Jan 11th 2008 meeting.  FESCo strongly suggests changing the name due to
the *-devel reason.  Additionally, packaging guidelines will soon more
explicitly spell out the rules regarding -devel.

After a name change, it will be fairly easy to get this review done.

There is broad agreement that this needs to be included in Fedora 9.

Will this easily work on Fedora 7 and Fedora 8 as well?
What about RHEL5? (It could be added to EPEL5.)
