- Fix pkgconfig .pc file
- Install missing headers
- Move header files into %%{_includedir}/%%{name}
- Fix cflags to meet Fedora guidelines
- More Requires to -devel subpackage for static archive

Well,
* Actually some fixes were needed to fix not only for macros
  expansion problem but also linkage issue
* Also some header files are missing and I forcely installed them with
  changing the installation directory.

Would you check how I changed your srpm?
