* config.h is generated from config.h.in in the build process.

* xtree_fix.h was an old fix for first version of std::map provided by the first
version of VC6. I posted that fix to M$, and they integrated it in the first
service pack. Of course, without crediting me. It stays in the sources for
historical reasons, but it is not currently included anywhere. BTW, xutility was
another VC6 specific header; as that one was correct, I used it.
