Hi Alex,

Regarding the permissions issue, which is cross wide and not only specific to
the cache component as was quite obvious from the report you attached, I am
still waiting for the ZF maintainers to come up with a general fix. I have
explain the issue to them and suggested a few options to fix this. 
The mime_magin vs. fileinfo issue is suppose to be resolved. Please see:

For more inforamtion.

I will, of course, notify you as you soon as they release a version that does
not suffer from these issues.
For now, can you please verify the Zend/Http/Client.php fix?
