Well, I don't want to speak on Alex's behalf but this is how I see our status:

0. The mime_magic vs. fileinfo issue is resolved [assuming it works well]
1. About the unit tests, some of them work properly, some do not due to
permissions issues. I don't think this is a show stopper, it should most
certainly be fixed but I think we can release the first RPM version as is and
work on it as we go along. The problem here is not periodic and I am trying to
motivate the ZF maintainers to address it.

Alex, are there any other issues I can help promote?
