Some additional remark - you should add "BuildArch: noarch" to suppress some
rpmlint messages. This one will be still exist:

nagios-plugins-rsync.noarch: E: only-non-binary-in-usr-lib

IMHO it may be safely ignored.

BTW what the difference between this particular plugin and this one:
