Additional Remark:

  I choosed 0.5.1 stable instead of svn due to fact svn is highly unstable, it
even doesnt compile. Olso, 0.5.1 has some issue with shape.input driver on
64bit, it abuses of integers, however spending several hours and formatting to
int32_t type does still not solve the issue, i am still investigating the issue,
and commit upstream if i catch it.
  It's safer for now to use gdal as input source insted of direct shape.input
driver.
