I have now added an option to the build scripts in svn to build using the system
libagg by passing INTERNAL_LIBAGG=False to scons. That should allow some of your
patching to be dropped.

There shouldn't be any need to patch out tinyxml as you are doing as you are
building with libxml2 so the tinyxml code is not pulled in at all.
