- Fix gconf schema install
- Disable static library

Has i undestand in
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/Guidelines#Exclusion_of_Static_Libraries,
i should build a devel package for %{_libdir}/guake/globalhotkeys.la, right?
