It seems that these files are part of NVidia SDK (I've searched a little for
them), which is under this license AFAIK: 
http://developer.download.nvidia.com/licenses/general_license.txt

Anyway, I'm waiting for upstream developers' answer(s) about the actual source
of these codes and its license. But I think there will be no legal problem here,
and maybe the review can be continued while we are waiting for clarification.
