Summary: Provide sysprof for Fedora9+
Product: Fedora
Version: 9
Platform: All
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: low
Priority: low
Component: Package Review
AssignedTo: nobody at fedoraproject.org
ReportedBy: linuxhippy at gmail.com
QAContact: extras-qa at fedoraproject.org
CC: fedora-package-review at redhat.com,notting at redhat.com
Description of problem:
Sysprof is a really useful tool for developers tuning software helps in
understanding whats going on on the system as a whole.
Fedora8 contained sysprof-1.0.9, however it seems its not supported with more
recent kernels (I had to install 2.6.24).
Fedora9 does not seem to offer a sysprof package at all, it would be great if it
could be re-introduced again.
