OK, I added a comment in the spec file about it

* libtinyxml.so linkage
Yes you're right. It was a temporary solution since rosimporter is currently
unused! But I found that the tinyxml library in the package has some additional
functionality, so I'll filter or rename the library.

* Timestamps
Done

I'll create a (hopefully!) better SRPM soon.
