Alright, I see what you mean about passing -lxml2 directly.  A much more obvious
solution. :-)

See my bug (#453231) for the latest spec and srpm.

Do you want to close this one out as a duplicate of mine or vice versa (the
request would need to be renamed to conform with other Fedora Apache modules)?
