Thanks Mamoru. Yes, just a few one-liners. Being sent upstream as I type. Its
now happy, see:

I've split out the package a bit, as per Dominic Hargreaves work @ debian. Its
now four packages:

mapnik
mapnik-devel
mapnik-python
mapnik-utils

I think this makes good sense for what is contained. I've also added build flags
as appropriate. I'm going to track subversion for devel and keep F-8 at 0.5. I
don't intend to work at F-7 so will just be requesting tags for the above.
