In this case, unless somebody volunteers to takes over maintainership, this
review request needs to be rejected, because a submitter is supposed to 
maintain a package in Fedora.

I don't care about Novell nor who might be behind this. 

I simply say: There should be no room in Fedora for known to be broken SW nor
for maintainers refusing to take care about known bugs.
