Alexander, did you get in touch with Jess Portnoy from Zend to see if you can
work together on the package? I guess he could have some insights to fix the
test issue.

Alternatively, you could post on fedora-devel or fedora-packaging to ask for
help on the issue; chances are that's not a blocking one.
