About mime_magic, after a second look: it seems that it's quite easy to keep
using existing code originaly coded for mime_magic without changes as all you
need to do is add one compatibility wrapper function. As stated in
ext/mime_magic/DEPRECATED.
Since it is so, I will discuss this matter with the ZF developers. I think the
best thing would be to include this wrapper function in the event we have the
Fileinfo extension loaded and not mime_magic and so it will be able to use both.

Does this sound logical to you?
