Patrice, you can use koji scratch build if you want.

$ koji build --scratch <target> <srpm_you_want_to_try>
target can be dist-f10, dist-f9-updates-candidate, dist-f8-updates-candidate,
dist-fc7-updates-candidate and so on.

If build succeeds, the rebuilt binary rpms and some logs (such as
build.log) are placed under
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/scratch/<your_FAS_NAME>/task_<id>/

For now I just tried to rebuild comment 33 on dist-f10:
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=627525
