The point is this: The SRPM name should match the SPEC name and the generated
binary name.

So, if the name is libcgroup, then you should have:

libcgroup-0.1b-1.fc8.src.rpm
libcgroup.spec

and when built,
libcgroup-0.1b-1.fc8.x86_64.rpm
