Fixed license.

added upstream url.

remove libply.so

add ldconfig

mkinitrd was for grubby used by the sample script. the script really shouldn't
be used though, so i dropped the requires.

add obsoletes and provides

i haven't sorted out the plugin situation yet.  right now the plugins require
intree files to build, and there's no way to switch which one gets used by the
daemon. it's something i'm going to fix soon.

the base package ships two plugins.  One of them, "text" will run if there
aren't any other plugins installed (or if they fail to work).

--with-background-color is a hint to the plugins which color to use to fit in
with the configured logo.  plugins are free to ignore it and do their own thing
just like they're free to ignore the configured logo.
