I am not in the packager group and unable to approve packages but will do a
review for this package.

For starters, this package built and installed fine on Fedora 9 x86_64. Here
is the output for rpmlint:

fsniper.x86_64: W: non-standard-uid /var/lib/fsniper fsniper
fsniper.x86_64: W: non-standard-gid /var/lib/fsniper fsniper
1 packages and 0 specfiles checked; 0 errors, 2 warnings.

I think this makes sense since fsniper is to be run as a daemon and will post
more feedback tonight after going through the guidelines more thoroughly.
