Ok, I think I made all the changes you requested. The RPM_OPT_FLAGS and some
other xulrunner options were carried over from the new thunderbird 3 spec. I
also got rid of the unnecessary minimal-toc issue and fixed a few other things.

As discussed, this build currently uses the included taglib until the upcoming
taglib release is available, but all gstreamer libraries are from the system.

I'm focusing soley on the F11 release at this point. Backporting 1.0.0 to F10
should be trivial later.

This current F11 release builds fine on all archs, however I installed F11 beta
today and I was not able to get it to run. There is a buffer overflow
immediately upon run in both i386 and x86_64. I'm currently submitting the bug
and backtrace to the Songbird developers and will get back to you.
