Description:
Syntax::Highlight::Engine::Kate is a port to perl of the syntax highlight
engine of the Kate text editor.

Problems:
- strange description
- can't rid of rpmlint warning. This file is here probably twice, but if I
remove it, the test are complaining about missing file.
