That looks to be a packaging error in perl-DBIx-Class-0.08012 in F11. The
0.08108 version in rawhide (and in F11 updates-testing) properly requires
perl(DBD::SQLite). Until the updated version makes its way to stable, either
mock build for rawhide, or enable the testing repository for F11 to get a
working build.
