two remarks:

rpmlint complains about these errors/warnings: zero-length, hidden-file-or-dir,
htaccess-file . As these are files needed for symfony I don't think this should
be a problem.

I called the package "php-symfony-symfony", because there is a
"php-channel-symfony" and this package is build from the symfony pear package.
Another choice would be "php-symfony" or just "symfony" and then use the normal
tgz from the symfony website which would also be possible, but this might be
more in line with the packaging guidelines.
