Okay, here's a new package release that I believe addresses the issues above. 
Basically, I changed ./configure to %configure.  The %configure macro includes
settings for bindir and datadir, addressing the MUSTFIX.  This eliminates all
rpmlint complaints, too, because the macro sets libdir.
