Then now please use desktop-file-{install,validate}

By the way 
 - "Application" in Category is deprecated and should be removed:
   http://www.redhat.com/archives/fedora-extras-list/2006-October/msg00723.html
 - It is better that "Icon=kasumi" instead of using "Icon=kasumi.png"
