ldc is a D Programming Language Compiler. It is based on llvm (already in
Fedora) and is licensed under a three-clause BSD license for the most part.

LDC is released under the "three-clause BSD" license reproduced below with
the following exceptions:

The DMD frontend in dmd/* is originally written by Walter Bright and released
under the artistic license (dmd/artistic.txt) or the GPL version 1
(dmd/gpl.txt).

The files gen/asmstmt.cpp and gen/asm-*.h were originally written by David
Friedman for GDC and released under the artistic license (dmd/artistic.txt) or
the GPL version 2 or later.

I am under x86_64 and I haven't tried to build this yet, I expect success
though.

If anything else is needed, let me know.

Reproducible: Didn't try
