Some comment for me.

- Summary without package name would be nice (as UDAV :-) )
- Please preserve the time stamps, use ' make install DESTDIR=%{buildroot}
INSTALL="install -p" ' if possible instead of ' make install
INSTALL_ROOT=%{buildroot} '
- Use '%defattr(-,root,root,-)' instead of '%defattr(-, root, root)'
